| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法和访谈法对我国高校时尚体育现状进行研究。为使体育教学富有时代特点,达到健身和缓解学生心理压力的目的,论文对时尚体育的内涵、特点进行了概括和总结,对时尚体育运动进行了分类划分,提出高校开展时尚体育的发展策略,以期为高校开展社会时尚体育运动提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Use the method of Literature, questionnaire and interview method , study on the present situation fashion sports of university college in China. For P. E. teaching has characteristic, achieves fitness and alleviate the purpose of students＇psychologlcal pressure, the paper has summarized the characteristics and concluded content of fashion sports , and the fashion sports are classified, puts forward the ＇strategy of the development of sports in fashion, in order to develop social fashion sports to provide the scientific basis. |
