| 摘 要： | 隐性教育是大学生成长过程中必不可少的教育方式。高校图书馆员的素质具有不可忽视的隐性教育功能。馆员在服务工作中表现出来的知识素质、情感素质及交际素质都具有多样性的隐性教育功能，发挥其隐性教育功能时应以系统性为原则、以素质教育为目标、以精神文明建设为指导。

| Abstract: | Recessive education is indispensable to the growth of college students. And the recessive educational functions of collgeg librarians' quality cannot be overlooked. Librarian's knowledge, affection and communication ability demonstrated in their work have miscellaneous recessive educational functions for students. Those functions must be brought into full play on principle of systematization, with an aim at quality education and under the guide of spiritual civilization construction. |
