| 摘 要： | 为检测可乐饮料中咖啡因含量,采用紫外分光光度法,通过配制不同浓度的咖啡因标准溶液,进行紫外光谱扫描,测定咖啡因的最适波长为276.4。将不同浓度的咖啡因标准品在276.4nm波长处测定其吸光值,绘制标准曲线,得出线性回归方程为y=0.0486x-0.0076,相关系数R2=0.9971。再对可乐饮料样品进行检测,结果表明:相对偏差在0.1%-0.2%之间,实验操作简单,快速。

| Abstract: | This experiment by confecting different caffeine standard solution,ultraviolet spectrum scanning,measured caffeine optimum wavelength of 276. 4. At the same time for different concentrations of caffeine standard at 276. 4 nm wavelength,to determine the absorbance value,and drawing linear curve,the linear regression equation is obtained for y = 0. 0489 x-0. 0084,the correlation coefficient R2= 0. 9991. the extraction of the sample at 276. 4 nm ultraviolet spectrophotometry analysis,accuracy and precision analysis of measured data,and the content of the measured compared with official data,good results have been achieved. The experimental operation is simple,rapid,relative deviation is 0.1% ~ 0. 2%,the content of the measured with the official data are basically identical. |
