| 摘 要： | 高校共青团工作是高校学生管理工作的重要组成部分。本文分析了传统的高校团建工作存在的问题，提出设计和开发高校团建管理信息系统的可行性，采用基于先进的UML的面向对象技术进行系统的分析与设计。

| Abstract: | The Youth Leaguer affair is an essential part of students' management in higher colleges and universities.This article firstly analyzes the problem existed in the traditional students' affairs,and then demonstrates feasibility of developing the league construction system.We make a systemic analysis and design adopting object-oriented technology on the basis of advanced UML. |
