| 摘 要： | 网络环境下，高校图书馆期刊资源建设面临着新的机遇和挑战。高校图书馆应调整策略，制定新的建设原则，实行实用性原则、协调性原则、经济性原则、特色性原则和标准化原则；采取多种措施加强期刊资源建设：优化期刊馆藏结构，充分利用网上期刊资源，加强特色期刊资源建设，共享共建期刊资源。

| Abstract: | Under network conditions,libraries of higher universities and college face both opportunities and challenges.Libraries should adjust the strategy,adopt the principle of practicality,coordination,economy,characteristics and standardization;take variety of measures to strengthen the journal resource construction: perfecting the structure of journal collection,making good use of network journal resource and constructing the shared and common journal resource. |
