| 摘 要： | 学校事故的防范与处理是教育法制研究的一个重要课题。学校事故的处理主要涉及法律责任主体的确认和法律责任的类型两个问题。有效防范学校事故发生的主要措施有 :加强教育 ,树立积极防范意识 ;建立健全规章制度 ,严格学校管理 ;切实落实防范措施 ,定期进行安全检查 ;加强对学生的自我防范教育等。

| Abstract: | The prevention and treatment of accidents in school is one important subject in the study of educational legal institutions. The treatment of accidents in school involves two aspects: one is the affirmation of the subject who should be responsible according to the law; the other is the affirmation of the type of responsibility. The effective measures for the prevention of accidents in school are: strengthen the education and acquire the consciousness of prevention ; establish and amplify the rules and regulations, enforce the school management rigorously; implement the measures of prevention earnestly, check up the secure measurements regularly; heighten the education of self prevention among students. |
