| 摘 要： | 核心竞争力是现代企业的灵魂。我国旅行社业只有大力打造核心竞争能力,才能从容应对来自国内外的严峻挑战。核心竞争力结构解析是企业培育核心竞争力的前提,而核心竞争力结构解析过程必须建立在现实的业务流程分解之上。最后,验证性因子分析可以为建立的指标体系提供有效性检验。

| Abstract: | The core competence is the spirit of modern enterprise.Only through training core competence successfully,the travel agency industry could defeat all challenge coming from those antagonists.The system analysis of core competence is the prerequisite of training it,and this process must rely on the foundation of real enterprise operation.The CFA may supply valid confirmation for index system reflecting the context of core competence in nature. |
