| 摘 要： | 当前,学生在思想品德修养方面存在着多种多样的问题,究其根源,不外乎以下方面,即:家庭情况和背景;社会风气与导向、教师素质及教育方法等。笔者认为,德育工作必须适应形势发展的要求,进一步加强和改善学校德育工作,抓住有利时机,巩固已有成果,加强薄弱环节,积极探索新形势下道德建设的特点和规律,在内容、形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力改进和创新,把德育工作提高到一个新的水平。

| Abstract: | Currently,there are various problems in students thoughts and moral training.Getting to the root of a matter,the reason is the following:Family's situation and background,Social atmosphere and leading,teacher's quali- ty and educational method and so on.The author thinks that moral education work must be adapted to the development of situation.We should do more to strengthen and improve the moral education work at school,catch hold of favorable opportunity,consolidate the achievements we have got,Strength the weak link,explore the characteristics and laws of construction of morals under the new situation actively,improve and innovate hard in such aspects as content,form, method,means,mechanism,and bring the moral work up to a new level. |
