| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义制度对坚持和发展中国特色社会主义具有根本保障作用，原因在于中国特色社会主义制度具有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性；它既坚持了社会主义制度的基本原则，又符合中国国情和时代特征；它深刻总结了我国社会主义制度建设的经验教训，并充分借鉴了人类制度文明成果。其根本保障作用主要体现在为捍卫中国特色社会主义提供根本保障，并为中国特色社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设等提供根本保障。进一步发挥其根本保障作用，要增强对中国特色社会主义制度的制度自信，进一步完善中国特色社会主义制度，并扩大中国特色社会主义制度的外延。

| Abstract: | The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental guarantee to adhere and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics. The reason is that the the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is fundamental, overall, long-term and stable. It not only adheres to the basic principles of the socialist system, but also with China＇s national conditions and characteristics of the times. It also summarizes the experience and lessons in building the socialist system in China, and to make full use of the achievements of human civilization. Its role is mainly reflected in the fundamental guarantee to provide the basic guarantee for socialist guarding Chinese characteristics, to provide basic protection such as economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction for Chinese characteristic socialism. Further play its fundamental role to enhance the system confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, to further improve the system of Chinese characteristic socialism and the extension and expansion of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. |
