| 摘 要： | “天”是墨子正义观的源点,“爱”是墨子正义观的出发点,“利”是墨子正义观的落脚点。基于这三点,墨子的正义涉及到政治、经济、文化、社会、国际等各个领域,形成颇具特色的领域正义观。
