| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个基于图示操控的远程分布式变电站集中控制系统。该系统突破了传统的变电站运行管理系统与 综合防误系统相分离状态,提出了兼容二者的集控站在线实时监控模式;成功地整合并引入了当今的数据库管理系统 (DBMS)和地理信息系统(GIS)的最新技术:建立了集群控制与图示操控模型;创新了系统前端操作执行与反馈部件;从而将 变电站的安全运行和管理水平推向新境界。

| Abstract: | This text introduces the central control system of the graphic control and long - range distributed transformer substation The system breaks through the traditional transformer substation in which the operation management system and synthetical mistake defmeing system are separate and a mode of the collection of the two on line. It has exactly amalgamated and introduced the current data base management system(DBMS) and the last technology of the geographical information(GIS)success-fully. It has set up a mode of group control and graphic conrtol by a central control station and innovated the systematic front operation and the parts of feedbacks, thus put the safe operation of the transformer substation and the management level to a new realm. |
