| 摘 要： | 本文通过对企业软件项目开发管理的分析,结合软件工程的教学,开发一个用于教学的软件项目管理的通用平台。通过该平台,可以使学生树立软件开发需要项目管理的理念,让学生能够快速、系统地掌握在不同的开发阶段中保持严格审核的方法,从而降低项目开发风险,加强团队协作,增强开发效率,提高软件质量。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of development and management of enterprise software projects,this paper combined with the teaching of software engineering,and developed a software project management platform for teaching.Through the platform students can establish an idea that software development requires project management and quickly and systematically master the strict auditing method in different development stages so as to reduce the project development risk,strengthen the team cooperation,enhance development efficiency and improve the quality of software. |
