| Abstract: | In China,there are still many sites of buildings in colonial style,which are commonly called"Lao Yang Lou"(old foreign building).They are entrusted to Various functions and uses.This article tries to nake a systematic expositition on he design,structure and hunmane background of those buildings after a thorough investigation on Colonial buildings of modern times in Wuhan.The purport of the article is to reflect their cultural sequence of idea and culture valne. |
