| 摘 要： | 个旧气质内涵于千锤百炼的进取精神和敢于担当的责任意识，外化于在统筹大局、取舍有度的科学政绩观引领下推动转型发展的能力，是云南精神的地域化生动实践，是全市各级干部和各族群众的精神气质。“千锤百炼”是个旧特有的2000~年大锡采选冶炼历史中形成的厚重积淀和人文精华，是个旧市长期以来，尤其是在资源型城市转型试点以来推动科学发展的集中体现。

| Abstract: | The connotation of Gejiu＇s temperament lies in the thoroughly tempered enterprising spirit and daring consciousness to bear responsibility, which is externalized into the abilities to co-ordinate the overall situation and takes and gives properly under the guidance of sicientific development spirit. All the above is the regionized vivid practice of Yunnan spirit and the temperament of all-level cadres and people of all ethnic groups. ＂Thoroughly tempered＂ is a unique accumulation and human essence formed 2000-years-old-tin-mining history. It is also a concentrating demonstration of scientific development pushed by the transformation of Gejiu from a resource city as a pilot. |
