对德国职业行动能力与行动导向教学思想的思考

摘    要:德国职业教育的目标是培养学生的职业行动能力,包括专业能力、社会能力和个人能力,使学生的专业能力与人际沟通能力相结合,具备应对职业调整要求的灵活性,具备公共生活环境中负有责任感的行为能力,为职业进修与继续再教育打好基础。分析德国职业教育行动导向的教学策略和思想,提出培养学生指向当今和未来职业行动能力,对正在探索中的我国职业教育课程改革有着启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract:The goal of vocational education in German is to train students with vocational action ability including professional ability,social 'ability and personal ability. Combining the professional ability with the communication ability can lead students to have the flexibility of vocational adjustment and the action ability with responsibilities in the public environment. The article analyzed the action - oriented teaching strategies and thoughts in Germany vocational education and put forward training students ' action ability was good to the curriculum reform of vocational education in China.
