摘    要:虚拟仪器在其数据采集、信号调理等硬件支持下,用软件编程就能开发出各种用户需要的测控系统。本设计硬件系统包括传感器、调理电路、PCI-6221数据采集卡及计算机,软件系统是用Labview进行编程,完成输出脉冲信号,采集信号,数据处理以及结果表达与输出,发现瞬态响应电压的特征值与厚度有明显的对应关系,取特征值中变化最明显的峰值与厚度进行拟合,两者呈指数对应关系,最后通过实验验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:With the support of hardware of data acquisition and signal conditioning ,the virtual instrument can explore differ-ent control system by programming.The hardware of the system includes sensor,conditioning circuit,PCI-6221 data acqui-sition card and computer.The software is programmed with Labview to complete the output pulse signal,signal acquisition, data processing and result expression and output.The characteristic values of transient response voltage have obvious corre-lation with thickness and there is the linear relation between them by fitting them together,which proves the feasibility of the experiment.
