| 摘 要： | 提升城市文化软实力的除了要纳入城市发展的总体战略、有相应的激励制度和高端人才以外,应重点利用好当地独有的历史文化资源和自然景观,因地制宜。因此,包头市在打造城市文化软实力的过程中,应重点挖掘以下城市资源:一是"远古悠歌",充分展现包头悠远的历史和独特的敕勒川风光;二是"金戈铁马",突出成吉思汗和草原文化;三是"梵塔钟声",充分利用好"五当召、梅力更召、昆都仑召"等文化历史资源;四是"呦呦鹿鸣",突出包头市优美的自然景观和恬静的幸福生活;五是"天佑包头",展现的是包头的独特资源和成就,比如稀土之都、人居城市、文明城市、绿化城市等等。"

| Abstract: | The enhancement of a city＇ s cultural soft power needs to involve the concept of soft power construction in the overall strategy of the city development,appropriate incentive systems and top - level talents. However,the emphasis should be placed on taking advantage of its unique local historical and cultural resources and natural landscapes. Therefore, the fol- lowing urban resources need to play a vital role in the process of promoting the city＇ s cultural soft power of Baotou. First of all, the image of cultural - honored city and unique Chile Chuan scenery which are called ＂Ancient Melodious Song＂ need to be fully displayed. Meanwhile,＂ Shining Spears and Armored Horses＂ illustrating Genghis Khan and the grassland culture should be highlighted. Furthermore, the historical and cultural resorts, such as Wudang Lama Temple, Meiligeng Lama Temple, Kundulun Temple which can be named ＂Buddist Temple and Bell ＂ could be fully explored. In addition, ＂The Bell of Deer＂ featuring the beautiful natural landscape and quiet happy life need to be shown. Finally, ＂The Blessed City - Baotou＂ should be characterized by the unique resources and achievements, such as the City of Rare Earth, Urban Residential I- deal, National Civilized City and National Green City. |
