高校绩效工资改革激励效果分析

摘    要:高校绩效工资改革要实现的最重要功能是激励功能,具体体现在整体激励、个体激励、实现激励等方面,通过简政放权、规范权力运行、民主决策等保障措施来实现。分析高校实施工资改革激励机制过程中的问题,指出与之相关的领导素质高低、调查研究是否细致、方案设计等方面需要注意和改进的地方,切实保证激励效果。

Abstract:The most important function of the performance salary reform is to incent people through decentralization of pow- er,regulating the operation of power and democratic decision -making. The paper analyzes the problems in the process of performance salary reform in college and points out aspects to be improved so as to guarantee the effect of incentive.
