| 摘 要： | 新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设的重要性毋庸置疑。文章针对如何加强高职院校思政课教师队伍建设,重点从推进思政课教师队伍高质量发展、健全思政课教师队伍培养培训体系、促进思政课教师队伍能力提升、完善思政课教师队伍保障体系等四个方面介绍了新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设的路径。通过新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设的路径探析,深化思政课教师内涵建设和增强思想政治教育实效性。

| Abstract: | There is no doubt about the importance of the construction of ideological and political teachers in vocational colleges in the new era.Aiming at how to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers,this paper introduces the construction path in vocational colleges in the new era from promoting the high-quality development,improving the training system,promoting the improvement of teachers'abilities,and improving the security system so as to deepen the connotation construction of ideological and political teachers and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. |
