| 摘 要： | 大学生的心理健康教育课程是提供心理健康知识的重要渠道,传统的授课方式已经不能满足目前大学生的需要,对传统心理课程的改革非常重要。笔者将艺术治疗的方法用于课程建设中,把艺术和心理有机结合,在实际的教学中采用以艺术体验为核心的教学模式,促进了大学生心理健康的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The course of mental health education for college students is an important way to provide mental health knowledge.The traditional teaching methods can not meet the needs of college students,so it is necessary to do a reform on the course.Combining art with mental health,the author chooses the teaching method with the art experience as the core in the actual teaching to promote the all-round development of college students’metal health. |
