摘    要:职业教育教学改革在早期订单式培养、工学交替培养模式改革的基础上,提出了现代学徒制人才培养模式。以现代学徒制教学作为背景,从理论和实践教学同步发展、进一步挖掘课程资源、有效利用先进教学方法和手段、培养强大师资团队等几方面探索分析了这一课程教学的创新实践,对于培养符合专业岗位需求的应用型技能人才有着积极的意义。

Abstract:The teaching reform of vocational education puts forward the training mode of modern apprenticeship on the basis of the reform of the early order training mode and the alternative training mode of work and study.Based on the modern apprenticeship,this paper explores and analyzes the innovative teaching practice of the course from the following aspects:synchronous development of theory and practice teaching,further excavation of curriculum resources,effective use of advanced teaching methods,and cultivation of a strong teaching staff,which is of positive significance to the cultivation of application-oriented skilled talents with the needs of professional posts.
