| Abstract: | The good psychological quality is very important to finish secretarial work.Therefore,it is important to pay great attention to cultivate secretary's psychological quality.Understanding and grasping the psychologi- cal quality secretary,and raising his psychological quality by establishing harmonious environment and self- training enhancement,can fit in with the sharp competition and higher work requirement. |
