| 基于Fibroscan技术的柴胡疏肝散对非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床疗效分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的]基于肝脏瞬时弹性硬度检测(Fibroscan)技术,研究柴胡疏肝散对肝郁脾虚型非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者的临床疗效,并初步探讨柴胡疏肝散的治疗机制。方法]选取符合标准的NAFLD患者40例,随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各20例。实验组20例,给予柴胡疏肝散+阿拓莫兰+维生素E治疗;对照组20例,给予阿拓莫兰+维生素E治疗。观察两组疗效并分析总结。结果]实验组和对照组两组各项参数对比,两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)等指标均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),其中实验组较对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。治疗后两组空腹C肽均无显著变化(p﹥0.05)。基于Fibroscan技术,对患者进行测量受控衰减参数(CAP)以评估两组疗效,其中实验组的总有效率(100%),高于对照组的总有效率(50%),两组间差距具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论]基于Fibroscan技术检查发现,柴胡疏肝散治疗肝郁脾虚型NAFLD患者具有显著的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective]to study the clinical effect of ChaiHuShuGan powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency based on the FibroScan technique,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of ChaiHuShuGan powder.Methods]40 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,20 cases were treated with Chaihu Shugan powder+Atomolan+vitamin E;in the control group,20 cases were treated with Atomolan+vitamin E.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.results]the parameters of alt,AST,TG,TC,TBA,FPG and fins in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant change in fasting C-peptide in both groups(P>0.05).Based on the FibroScan technique,the controlled attenuation parameters(CAP)were measured to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.The total effective rate of the experimental group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion]Based on the examination of Fibroscan technology,Chaihu Shugan powder has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of NAFLD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency. |
