探究性项目导向的“发酵工程”课程实训教学模式探讨

摘    要:根据高职药品生产技术专业的特点和人才培养需要,“发酵工程”课程可以实行以探究性项目为导向、以学生为中心、以教师为主导的实训教学模式。在探究性实训项目的确定和实训的组织等方面,可以主动与制药企业合作完成。通过探究性项目导向的“发酵工程”课程实训教学的实践,发现采用探究性实训项目的方法,学生学习总体效果、创新思维的培养、实操技能的培养、学习积极性的提高、无菌观念的培养、团队意识的培养和对理论知识的理解等方面均比采用传统单项技能实训更好。

Research Practical Teaching Mode for“Fermentation Engineering”Oriented by Exploratory Project

Abstract:According to the characteristics of fermentation engineering course of pharmaceutical production technology major in higher vocational education and the need of personnel training,this paper explores the practical teaching mode oriented by exploratory project based on the student-centered and teacher-led ideas.It summarizes the content of teaching,the teaching project,the teaching organization,the assessment standards and teaching effectiveness evaluation.Through the comparative investigation,the teaching effect of adopting practical teaching mode oriented by exploratory project is better than that of adopting the traditional single skill training mode,including the overall effect of learning,the training of innovative thinking,the training of practical skills,the improvement of learning enthusiasm,the training of aseptic concept,the training of team consciousness,the understanding of theoretical knowledge,the help of future work.
