| 摘 要： | 旅游可持续发展水平评估有助于促进区域旅游经济和生态环境协调发展。以湖南各市州为研究样本,在分析旅游可持续发展概念基础上,基于DPSIR模型构建旅游可持续发展指标体系,继而运用熵值TOPSIS方法对2017年湖南省14个市州的旅游可持续发展水平进行综合测度与横向比较。结果表明:(1)湖南旅游可持续发展水平受到状态(S)和驱动力(D)系统的影响较大,而压力(P)与响应(R)系统权重值偏低,说明湖南旅游业绿色可持续发展面临较大压力,相应的响应措施亟待加强;(2)湖南旅游可持续发展水平呈现金字塔形的空间分布特征,区域间存在较大差异,旅游可持续发展水平最高的市州依次为长沙、张家界和郴州,而娄底、湘西州和邵阳可持续发展能力不足,旅游经济实力、区位条件、基础设施、服务能力等是差异化形成的主要原因。

The Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Tourism in Hunan Province Based on the DPSIR Model |

| Abstract: | The assessment of tourism sustainable development level will help promote the coordinated development of regional tourism economy and ecological environment.Based on the analysis of the concept of sustainable tourism development,this paper builds a sustainable development evaluation index system of tourism based on DPSIR model.Then the entropy TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively measure the sustainable development level of tourism of 14 cities in Hunan Province in 2017.The results show that:(1)The sustainable development of tourism in Hunan is greatly affected by the state system and the driving force system,while the weight of the stress and response system is low;the green sustainable development of tourism industry in the study region is under great pressure,and the corresponding response measures need to be strengthened.(2)The sustainable development level of tourism in Hunan Province presents pyramidal spatial distribution characteristics,and there are large differences among regions;the cities with the highest level of sustainable tourism development are Changsha,Zhangjiajie and Chenzhou,while Loudi,Xiangxi and Shaoyang have insufficient sustainable development capabilities;tourism economic strength,location conditions,infrastructure,and service capabilities are the main reasons for the formation of differentiation.Finally,based on the full analysis,some suggestions for the sustainable development of tourism in Hunan Province are put forward. |
