| 摘 要： | 以我院学生为研究对象,采用问卷与访问相结合的研究方法进行了调查,旨在系统地了解我院学生在新的体育课程改革以后参加课外体育活动的现状,并与以前作对比发现存在的主要问题。结果发现85%的学生对体育活动抱有兴趣,相对以前有了较大提高。健身、调节心理与娱乐是我院学生参加课外体育活动的主要价值取向,场地器材短缺是我院学生参加课外体育活动的主要障碍。提出大力加强学校体育设施建设,体育教学应加大实用性、趣味性的多样化。

| Abstract: | Based on the students at the author's college,the author probed the students' extracurricular sports through questionnaire and interviews.Compared with the situations before the course reform,85% of the students showed their interest on the extracurricular sports,which is greatly improved.Exercising,psychology adjusting and entertaining are the main purposes for their taking part in the extracurricular sports.The lack of the equipment is the main problem.The author thought that college should pay more attention on the construction of sports facility and the physical education teaching should be more practical and pleasing. |
