| Abstract: | A statistical data shows that there are 4 hundred million juvenile under 18 years old, who are one third of the whole population in our country. But the ralative data displays that the juvenile criminals under 18 are 40% of the whole criminals.At the present,14 to 15 years old juvenile criminals are 15%,16 to 17 are 80%. So we must pay close attention to the fact. |
