| 摘 要： | 党的十五大将"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"作为党和国家的治国方略和奋斗目标确定下来,依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的实质就是依宪治国。文章从法律信仰的概念入手,对当前大学生的法律信仰危机进行了深入剖析,提出了解决大学生法律信仰危机的对策,并指出宪法信仰是对公众宪法情感的最高要求,是树立法律意识的最高层次,更是打开大学生法律信仰危机之门的钥匙。
