中小学教师全员培训管理模式及效应研究

摘    要:中小学教师全员培训是我国专业技术人员终身教育的重要组成部分,是一种受国家法律保护的法制化行为。基于现代教育管理思想,针对培训现状,文章探索和拟建一种新型的"中小学教师全员培训管理模式",提出教师全员培训管理机构的理念、管理系统现代化等问题及解决途径。其要旨在于解决教师全员培训的"人本管理",即从人本性、自主性、发展性的维度来推行教师全员培训;培训管理机构应有良好的管理机制,并辅之以网络化的信息系统平台,改革陈旧、落后的传统管理手段;新型的培训信息管理系统应具有合法、长效、权威等特征。

Abstract:The all-member-training of elementary and middle school teachers is an important part of our coun try's professional specialist lifelong education, and is protected by the law. The paper, based on modern education theories and in accordance with the present training condition, puts forward a new elementary and middle school teacher all member training management mode, the essence of which constitutes the idea of humanistic management, that is, carrying out all member training in terms of their autonomy and development. Good management mechanism, information system platform and modern management approaches are required for the training management institutes that should have the features of long-term effect, legality and authority.
