| 摘 要： | 素质拓展培训对高职教学具有提升学生的学习积极性、培养学生的创新意识、促进专业教育和职业素养的形成、加快学生的社会化进程等价值。目前,素质拓展培训嵌入高职教学具有认识不充分、师资队伍薄弱、科研滞后、设施不完善障碍,提出了鼓励探索和研讨,促进认识提高、加强素质拓展培训师资队伍的建设、鼓励开展素质拓展培训的科研和教改工作、设置和完善相关设施设备等对策。
