| 摘 要： | 用绘图软件标注工具进行显微测量,标注显微照片上的比例尺,得出页面尺寸,通过编辑比例,使页面尺寸变为实际尺寸,当测量显微照片上的任何两点时,用标注工具标注这两点就得出了它的实际距离。

| Abstract: | Micro- specimen is measured by dimensional tool with drafting soft. Its' micro-photograph's sclae is dimensioned, to get dimension of picture, and edit it, the dimension of picture turns into a dimen sion of the object. Real distance between dots is get by the dimensional tools. |
