| 摘 要： | 党的第十七届中央委员会第三次全体会议在《中共中央关于推进农村改革发展若干重大问题的决定》指出:"加强农村基层干部队伍建设。着力拓宽农村基层干部来源,注重从农村致富能手、退伍军人、外出务工返乡农民中选拔村干部,建设一支守信念、讲奉献、有本领、重品行的农村基层干部队伍,对做好农村工作至关重要"。本文结合泸县政府和泸州职业技术学院联合开展"本土大学生村官人才自主培养项目",针对在农村基层干部培养过程中遇到的难点问题,总结了农村基层管理人才培养实践中所取得的经验。
