泸州城乡义务教育阶段音乐教育均衡发展研究

摘    要:泸州地处川、滇、黔三省交界处,山地多,少数民族占有一定的比例,我市中小学有80%以上在农村,决定了农村音乐教育是我市音乐教育攻坚的难点。由于经济、文化、政策导向等因素导致的泸州城乡之间、区域之间的中小学音乐教育,呈现出严重的非均衡状态,音乐教育的质量差距很大。因此,立足于发展泸州农村中小学校音乐教育,找出一条缩小城乡差距,实现泸州城乡音乐教育均衡发展的策略在当下是十分重要和迫切的。

Abstract:Located at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou, mountianous Luzhou possesses quite a lot minorities. Eighty percent of the primary and middle schools are in rural area.
