终身教育理念指导下的高职“双师型”师资培养模式研究

摘    要:随着我国高等职业教育的迅速发展,培养双师型教师的理念和打造双师型教师队伍的重要性己形成普遍共识,与此同时,终身教育理念也为高职院校的师资培训提出了新的要求。本文以终身教育理念指导下的高职双师型师资培养模式为研究对象,主要探讨了高职院校双师型教师队伍的网络信息化培养模式,深入分析网络信息化建设的意义,探讨高职院校双师型教师队伍的网络信息化培养的途径,从观念转化、人员结构、培养方法、培养步骤、培养内容、保障措施等几个方面提出了对策。要转变双师型教师的教育理念、树立终身教育理念,做好他们的素质培训,鼓励他们参与到职业院校信息化改革的进程中来,不断探索,走出一条富有职业院校特色的双师型网络信息化培养之路。
