| 摘 要： | 要提升泸州城市文化建设水平,艺术领域的发展是不可或缺的重要部分。艺术早已超越了艺术家们自我提升和简单的商业功能,已经成为拉动整个精神文化建设的领跑者,在一个城市中艺术领域的建设程度能彰显出城市文化素质的层次。目前,泸州的城市文化建设观念滞后,城市文化打造档次不高,城市文化建设水平亟须提高,在泸州开展提升城市文化建设的规划与设计,应在确立历史文化总体原则的基础上,打造泸州原创艺术产业基地。只有把原创艺术成功引入市场,带动城市文化素质建设、教育产业、旅游开发,经济产业等,社会效益才会得到更好的提升,泸州城市文化建设也才能走向高品质的发展道路。
