| 摘 要： | 青少年篮球人才的培养是篮球运动突破性发展的关键,对整个篮球运动的发展有决定性作用。与国外青少年篮球人才培养模式比较,我国篮球培养模式存在较明显的优势和弊端,其主要影响因素包括培养脱节及学生的升学压力、体能素质等。
