多用途绿色新材料聚乳酸及其制备

摘    要:本文简要介绍了乳酸(LA)和聚乳酸(PLA)的结构、性能、用途。系统介绍了利用发酵法、合成法制备乳酸的方法;利用丙交酯开环熔融聚合、乳酸直接溶液聚合、乳酸直接熔融聚合、直接-固相聚合和与其它材料共聚聚合制备聚乳酸的方法。并提出了我国聚乳酸开发的重点方向。

Abstract:The main purpose of this article is to introduce briefly the structure, the functions and the uses of lactic acid(LA)and polylactic acid(PLA), to introduce lactic acid production with the ferment method and synthesizing method, and to introduce particularly the polylactic acid production methods with lactide open wreath meltbody polymerization, lactic acid direct aqua polymerization, lactic acid direct meltbody polymerization, lactic acid direct-solid polymerization, co- polymerization with other materials. In the article, some important polylactic acid development direction in our country are pointed out.
