| 摘 要： | 德国双元制职业教育是一个非常成功的职业教育制度,其形成和发展有着深厚的历史文化背景,其构成是由一个复杂的社会网络所支撑的,它适应了当今时代社会化分工和社会化大生产的需要。双元制的形成有两个突出特点,一是企业参与培训的积极性和自愿性,二是企业参与培训的强制性和约束性,值得我们借鉴学习。
