| 摘 要： | 高职教育直面现实,为"大量生产模式"下的传统企业输送人才,应主要着眼于高职学生高技能的培养;放眼未来,为"精益生产方式"下的现代化企业培养人才,则应注重高职学生的高技术和高素质。高职教育必须培养出"三高"人才,才能区别于中职学生,受到中国制造业的青睐。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational technical education is supposed to provide the"three high"talents,which are different from secondary vocational students,to meet the enterprises' requirements for personnel. The"three high"talents brought out by higher vocational education in this article refer to the trained personnel with high skills,high technology and high over-all personalities.Respectively,talents with high skills are trained to serve traditional enterprises of"mass production"at present,while talents with high technology and high over-all personalities are to serve modern enterprises of "fine production" in the future. |
