摘    要:选取慢跑和健美操两种健身练习方法,对其改善心血管系统功能的效果进行比较研究。实验证明,中老年妇女坚持较长时间不间断的中等强度的锻炼,能有效地改善心血管系统功能,降低血脂,增强体能,对提高其新陈代谢和抵抗疾病的能力也有明显的促进作用。健美操更能满足中老年妇女对健身、娱乐、社交等多方面的需求。慢跑则对于健身和减轻体重效果更佳。

Abstract:This paper carries out comparative research on the effect of improving the function of cardiovascular system through selecting jog and calisthenics. Experiments prove that the continuous exercise of medium strength of the middle and aged women can improve the function of cardiovascular system efficiently, reduce blood fat, strengthen constitution, raise its metabolism and resistance to disease. calisthenics can more satisfy in the middle and aged woman for the various demands such as fitness, amusement and social intercourse. Jog is better to keep fitness and alleviate weight.
