| 摘 要： | 开展体育外交是现实发展的产物和要求：体育外交是外交领域和外交主体扩展的产物；体育外交在国家对外交流中发挥着独特作用；开展体育外交是现代体育自身发展的需要。既有的体育外交概念已不能反映形势的变化和体育对外交流需要，从体育外交的主体和对象、体育外交的分类、体育外交的轨道、体育外交的主题和宗旨几个方面，对体育外交概念进行了重新界定

| Abstract: | Developing the sports diplomacy is the outcome and requirement of realistic development: the sports diplomacy is the outcome in diplomatic field and the extension of diplomatic subject; developing sports diplomacy is necessity of the self development of modern sports. The existing conception of sports diplomacy cannot reflect the new changes and the demands of sports communication; therefore, this article redefines the conception of sports diplomacy in terms of its subject and object, its categorization, its channel, its theme and mission |
