| 摘 要： | 以河北体育学院院健美操队的41名运动员为研究对象，对他们的12个竞技健美操二级难度动作和9项素质指标进行测试，用SPSS11．0统计软件对数据进行处理，从而制定难度动作得分与身体素质发展水平评价标准，旨在为教练员制定训练计划、控制训练过程和预测运动成绩提供参考。

| Abstract: | With 41 objects from Hebei Institute of Physical Education, testifying their 12 grade-2 aerobics maneuver and 9 quality indexes, using SPSS11.0 statistical softwares for data handle, the paper lays down the evaluation standard for maneuver score and physique development level in order to offer reference for the coaches in making training plans, controlling the training process and forecasting performance of athletes. |
