| 摘 要： | 以地方性体育立法对高危险性体育项目的界定为切入点,简要描述了当前我国高危险性项目的发展状况。在对地方体育立法关于高危险性体育项目的数量、分类、具体内容和存在问题进行分析的基础上,对高危险性体育项目地方立法进行了思考,旨在适应高危险性体育项目发展形势需要,推动项目科学发展。
