| 摘 要： | 立足城乡统筹发展的时代背景,根据四川省体育发展的现状,从公共管理的视角,分别构建四川省农村体育公共服务的组织体系、供给体系、监管体系和绩效考核体系,理顺农村体育公共服务体系的发展思路,为构建四川省农村体育公共服务体系,进而为促进农村体育健康、可持续地发展提供理论上的指导。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of overall development of urban and rural areas,according to the status quo of sports development in Sichuan Province,from the perspective of public administration,organizational system,supplying,monitoring and performance appraisal systems of sports public service are constructed for the rural areas in Sichuan Province.We should also clarify the development thought of the rural public sports service system and construct sports service system in Sichuan’s rural areas so as to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of rural sports. |
