| 摘 要： | 以我国宪法、教育法和义务教育法等有关法律规定为法律依据,以我国的举国体制为体制依据,以我国优秀运动员文化教育的诸多矛盾、问题和特点为现实依据,借鉴国内外运动员注册管理制度,坚持可操作性、合法性及可监控性等原则,从招生管理、学籍管理、教育教学管理以及组织管理等方面,对我国优秀运动员文化教育注册制度进行初步设计,为加强优秀运动员文化教育事业提供具有较强操作性的实施路径。

| Abstract: | In accordance with Chinese Constitution, the Education Act and the Compulsory Education Law, and our country＇ssystem and the contradictions, problems and characteristics of elite athletes＇ education, the research draws lessons from home and overseas about the athletes＇ registration management system, and adheres to the principles of operability, legality as well as monitoring. It made preliminary designs on elite athletes＇ education registration system in management of students recruit, education and teaching management and organizational management to provide an operable path to the education of elite athletes. |
