| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈调查和逻辑分析等方法,对社会体育专业人才未来社会需求进行预测,并对社会需求的社会体育专业人才的素质、知识和能力结构进行深度调研和分析。调查结果表明：＂十二五＂期间我国社会体育产业和体育需求的迅速发展,为社会体育专业人才提供了广阔的就业空间,但目前我国高校的课程体系仍难以适应培养合格社会体育专业人才的要求,因此,应以社会需求为导向,以社会需要的社会体育专业人才素质、知识和能力结构为出发点,推进社会体育专业课程改革。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review, interview and logical analysis, the paper predicts the social needs of professional sport talents, and makes deep research and analysis on the quality, knowledge and ability structure of social sports talents which society needs. The survey results show that the social sport professionals will have broad employment space with the rapid development of social sports industry and sports demand in ＂12th Five Year Plan＂ period. However, the university curriculum system cannot meet the social needs of cultivating qualified sports talents. Therefore, it is suggested that the curriculum reform of social sports major should be oriented to social needs and focus on meeting the quality, knowledge and capacity requirements of the social sports talents in order to promote the curriculum reform for social sports major. |
