| 摘 要： | 传统健美操教学模式缺乏对学生创新能力和创新意识的培养，不符合创新教育和素质教育的要求。以复杂系统理论为依据，以课堂教学多样化、教学方法多元化和考试评价综合化为理论基础，建构了创新型健美操教学模式。实验结果证明，创新型健美操教学模式可以达到着重培养学生创新意识与创新能力的目的。创新型健美操教学模式的研究对其他课程的教学模式改革也具有参考价值。
