| 摘 要： | 对农职中学体育园区课外体育锻炼进行实践研究,运用美国心理学家Water-man的5点量表对实验前后学生的体育动机、态度、兴趣、习惯等体育动力系统进行测量,经t检验,结果显示,体育园区课外体育锻炼对农职中学生参与体育的动力系统有良好的影响。

| Abstract: | An experimental research is made on the extra-curricular physical training of the rural vocational middle school. With the help of five criteria designed by American psychologist Water-man, a contrast study prior to the experiment and after it is carried out in students' motion, attitude, interest and habit in the power system. After that, the result t of the test turns out that the extra-curricular physical training has a good effect on the power system in which students from the rural vocational middle school participate. |
