| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、视频访谈法、数理统计法,对＂宅＂族的体育文化现状进行研究,分析造成＂宅＂族体育文化相对落后的原因,进而从其形成和发展的动力机制入手,阐述发展＂宅＂族体育文化的社会效应,指出从缩小＂宅＂族的社会空间距离、自然空间距离和经济空间距离等方面入手,改善＂宅＂族体育文化。
