| 摘 要： | 公共体育服务是新农村建设的重要组成部分,农村公共体育服务的目标是保障农民基本的体育服务,实现服务的均等化。农村公共体育服务的内容体系由体育场地设施、活动指导、健身组织、组织管理等要素构成。体育制度、经费、人力资源、场地设施、体育信息构成了农村公共体育服务的保障系统。效率机制、公平机制、问责机制、监督机制构成了农村公共体育服务的运行机制。应逐步深化农村体育管理体制改革,实现管理模式多元化,对管理工作实行绩效评估机制。
